Our Dedicated Staff

Our team comprises compassionate and professional staff members, including two Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) on-site, trained medication technicians, and wellness caregivers. They are committed to providing personalized care and support to each resident.

Transportation Services

We understand the importance of mobility and independence. Carlotta offers transportation services within a seven-mile radius of the community, ensuring residents can easily access local amenities and appointments.

Pet-Friendly Environment

We believe that pets are part of the family. That's why Carlotta is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs to live alongside their owners.

Family Communication

Keeping families connected is a priority for us. We communicate with residents' families through their preferred method, be it calling, texting, or email, ensuring they are always in the loop and part of the Carlotta family.

Waitlist Information

While we currently have a waitlist for our one-bedroom apartments in assisted living, other accommodations are available without a wait. We encourage prospective residents to inquire about current availability.

We value feedback and have an open-door policy for addressing concerns. Residents can easily approach any of the directors on staff or directly speak with the executive director to file a complaint or discuss any issues.

Transitioning to a senior living community can be a significant change. Carlotta offers resources to assist new residents, whether they need help moving their belongings or require referrals to local doctors and physicians.

Safety and Security

Our gated community prioritizes the safety and security of our residents. We have security personnel on duty from 10 PM to 6 AM, surveillance cameras throughout the property, and timed locking of side doors to ensure a secure environment while maintaining 24-hour accessibility.
