The monthly cost for assisted living ranges from $3,925 to $5,370. The variation in price is mostly dependent on whether the suite has a private bath or a shared bath. There is also one larger apartment that is priced at the higher rate of $5,370.

Respite Care Pricing

Respite care is treated like a move-in, with a minimum stay of 30 days. The cost for respite care is the price of the apartment plus an additional 25%, as no deposit is collected upfront for respite stays.

While families are primarily responsible for assisting residents with their move, we have connections with movers who are familiar with our building and can provide a smooth transition for new residents.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in our independent living quarters, with residents typically choosing cats, dogs, or birds as their companions. Pets can also visit the assisted living area but cannot reside there.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes a menu with daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as an "always available" selection for residents who prefer alternative options.

Safety and Security

The assisted living area is secured, requiring residents to be accompanied when entering and exiting. Additionally, each resident is provided with an emergency call pendant for immediate assistance when needed.

Resident Concerns and Complaints

Residents can address their concerns through a chain of command, starting with department heads and escalating to the executive director if necessary. We also provide contact information for the corporate hotline and the ombudsman.

Communication with Families

We primarily communicate with resident families via email, sending out weekly updates from the executive director. This ensures families are kept informed about community news and events.

Transportation Services

Our community offers scheduled bus loops and transportation for appointments within a reasonable distance, ensuring residents can attend to their personal needs and engagements.

Wait List Information

Currently, there is no waitlist for assisted living, ensuring prompt availability for prospective residents. However, there may be a waitlist for memory care services.

Staff and Training

Our staff includes nurses, med techs, CNAs, LPNs, and licensed home care professionals. Staff undergo continuous training, both online and hands-on, to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
