Certified Caregivers
All of our caregivers on staff are certified caregivers for the state of Arizona and continue to renew their CEUs. We also have a certified nurse on site as well.
Emergency Assistance
All residents are given a pendant to wear around as a necklace or bracelet that has a button on it that buzzes directly over to our front desk and caregivers. It gives a name, apartment number, and location for that person. We also have the same thing in each restroom of each apartment. Along with that, we have security guards on site as well.
Incentives and Discounts
We do our best to try to offer any sort of incentives or money off when potential residents are looking to move in, but it is usually on the basis of what our corporate office has given us.
Transportation
We do have transportation up to 5 miles in a radius around the building. We also have grocery store trips, events, etc.
Dining Areas
We have four dining areas. One for each of our sections of the building. It is restaurant style, so the residents get seated and have a menu that changes weekly on one side and has consistent options on the other. Independent living gets 2/3 meals for free per day with the option of getting the third meal for an extra $10. Assisted living and Memory care both have all three meals covered. We do have snacks as well for all communities within the building.
Resident Issues
If the resident has an issue, it can be brought to our attention through meetings the residents have, in which they then bring up what they discussed to our Executive Director. Doors are also always open in both the Sales office here as well as upstairs for our Director, for residents to come in at any time for discussions.
Family Contact
We only will contact families due to an emergency. Other than that, residents have full power to choose who can and cannot come to see them, as well as having phone service connected in their apartment in order to contact anyone they would like.
Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays at this time.
Pet Friendly
We are a pet friendly community, as long as the pet is friendly to others and the resident is able to clean up and take care of them.
Waitlist
We have a waitlist that is currently up, but it is only for two bedroom apartments in Independent living. We have plenty of open apartments other than that though. If a resident wants to be waitlisted to secure a room for a future date though, that is always an option.
Vaccinations
We do not have anywhere in the community for residents to get Covid vaccinations, but we do have someone come in for flu shots when it is the season.
Aging in Place
Residents are absolutely able to age in place. They have the choice to stay in their apartment and get outside care if needed, or move over to our Assisted living community and receive care from our caregivers.
