Extended to those needing help with daily activities, such as dressing or bathing, and inclusive of medication management. Conducted by our nurse, our simple point system takes into account the cost and time of providing each service; the cumulative score determines your level of care. The resulting Individual Service Plan offers the right amount of assistance when you need it.

Reflections All-inclusive Memory Care

For residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions, we offer a secure Reflections Neighborhood within our community. Through a resident-directed approach, we hold true to our mission of valuing all seniors as gifted and contributing individuals.
