- I will attach our brochure with the general pricing and levels of care.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
- In each room, there are pull cords for emergencies, and they are given a pendant to wear around their neck for emergencies.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

- The residents receive the menu the day before and make any changes ahead of time.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
- This would depend on what the complaint is and what department it is in reference to. We have an open door policy and like to resolve things as quickly as possible.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
- Our families stay up to date on how their loved one is doing through an app, email, or in person. There would never be any med changes without the families' knowledge.
