Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our team includes a diverse range of professionals such as Administrators, Lead RN, Business Office Manager, EVS Director, Activities Director, Case Managers, PCAs, Housekeepers, and Maintenance Staff. All staff members undergo a comprehensive 2-week training program, which may be extended based on individual needs.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through multiple daily checks, meal and medication reminders, and continuous monitoring by our PCA staff at key times throughout the day and night.
Transition Support Services
We offer support services to aid residents' transition into our community, facilitated by our case manager who connects residents with community resources and in-house services, including psychological support.
Transportation Services
Our facility provides a van for appointments and assists residents in arranging medical transportation or cabs for other needs. We also collaborate with Greene County Transit for access to local amenities.
Dining Experience
Our dining room offers a traditional meal setting with a daily menu and alternatives for various dietary preferences, ensuring meals are served hot and fresh.
Grievance Procedure
We have a structured grievance procedure involving forms at the reception, a suggestion box for confidential grievances, and a resident council for verbal grievances, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
