Our staff comprises Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance staff. Each team member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our community and maintain our high standards of service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by being a gated community with a 3rd party monitored camera system. This ensures a secure living environment for everyone in our community.

Resources and Support Services

We do not offer resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer transportation services directly, several residents utilize our city transportation service, Mata, or Ride Share Providers.

Dining Experience

Residents are responsible for their own meals. However, we do have a food pantry sponsored by the Memphis Food Bank that comes once a month to support our residents.

Complaints and Issues Resolution

All issues and complaints are handled through the main office and can be forwarded to our corporate office if needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

As an independent apartment building, our main communication is with the resident directly unless we have signed POA paperwork on file.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We have a one-time pet deposit of $300.00 with approved breed and size.

Medical Services

No medical services are provided, including Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Once a resident is no longer able to maintain independence on their own or with the assistance of a personally hired caregiver, a higher level of care is recommended.
