Assisted Living rates start at $8,000 per month.

There are three levels of care available.

Memory Care rates start at $12,000 per month and this is an all-inclusive rate.

Respite Care is available, with costs depending on the apartment selected and a minimum stay of 30 days. A portion of the community fee is also required.

Assisted Living and Memory Care Services

Understanding the importance of companionship, The Delaney and Bridgewater welcomes pets. Residents can bring their cats and small dogs, provided they can take care of them independently.

Moving Assistance

To facilitate a smooth transition into the community, a list of recommended staff and moving companies is provided to assist new residents with their move.

Transportation and Outings

The community offers transportation services for residents, including trips for outings and doctor's appointments, ensuring residents remain connected to the outside community and receive necessary medical care.

Dining Experience

Residents in assisted living and memory care enjoy three full meals a day. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, while lunch and dinner feature two main entrees along with an 'always available' menu for alternative options. Special dietary needs such as pureed or chopped diets are accommodated, and meals are prepared with health in mind, featuring lower sodium and healthy heart options.

Staff and Safety

The community is staffed with a team of dedicated professionals including directors of various departments, a move-in coordinator, a director of nursing, RNs, LPNs, certified med techs, and quality of life specialists who serve as caregivers. Safety features such as pull cords, emergency response systems, fire alarms, handrails, and grab bars are installed throughout the community to ensure the well-being of all residents.

Addressing Resident Concerns

Residents can voice complaints or concerns to any team member or director. A formal grievance process is also in place, and residents are informed about their rights and the ombudsman program upon moving into assisted living or memory care.

Family Communication

Communication with residents' families is maintained through emails and phone calls. Additionally, the community utilizes an app or platform for on-demand communication, although the specific system used was not detailed in the conversation.
