Employment and Training

We hire CNA's, resident aides, and med techs to provide care to the residents. They receive training with things like how to care for the residents and properly move them around, as well as Alzheimer training. The LPN is the one who is in charge of the nursing staff.

Safety Measures

Our residents receive pendants upon admission and get checked on throughout the day and night to ensure their safety. There are also pull cords in their apartment for them to be able to call for help.

Acclimation Support

The residents have previous residents and staff members who help them get acclimated to being in their new environment.

Transportation Services

Our bus goes out for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays within 12 miles at no extra charge to the resident.

Dining Services

We offer 3 meals a day. Breakfast is at 8, lunch at noon, and dinner at 5 pm. The meals times are set for one hour slots. There is a menu that is laid out for the week but if the resident does not like what is on the regular menu then there is an alternative menu they can choose from that consists of items like burgers, salads, sandwiches, etc.

Resident Concerns and Management

The resident can bring up the issue to any staff member and depending on the issue then it would go to the appropriate department. If the manager of that department does not help with the issue the way you feel it should be then it could always be taken to the administrator to address.

Rates and Billing

I have attached our rates for you to review. You will see the room rate and appropriate level of care and medication management if they apply on a monthly basis on your statement.

Healthcare Communication

The nurse will reach out to you with any major changes in your loved one's condition or if there is a reason that the resident is being sent out to the hospital. The POA can call the nurse any time to get an update on your loved one.

Respite Stay

We offer respite stay as well, there is a 14 day minimum stay (information attached in brochure).

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. If a resident has a pet, we ask that they are able to care for their pet and provide vaccination records.

Health Clinics

We offer the flu clinic once a year in the community and they have brought in covid vaccines in the past.

Aging in Place

By initial is yes, this is a facility where the resident can age in place but please help me understand a little more about the needs. We currently have availability in our community and specials to offer.
