About Us
We are a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC licensed by the state of California) and offer an active lifestyle, carefree living with superior service, a spectacular location, comfort, and peace of mind.
Community Features
Our community sits on over 12 acres and includes a 24-hour guard gated community, on-site Wellness Center that partners with Hoag at Home, heated pool, gym, multi-level fitness, library, art studio, fine dining with beautiful views, on-site theatre, and putting green.
The grounds are lovely with mature landscaping, gardens, koi pond, indoor pool, walking path, and more.
Accommodations
We have spacious accommodations including apartments and private cottages starting at 833 Sq Ft up to 2191 Sq Ft, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath – 2 Bedroom/2 Bath plus Den. The apartments include assigned underground parking with a storage unit and the cottages include a one-car garage.
There are no upfront fees or ongoing charges for parking.
Agreement Options
We offer two Agreement Options:
- 80% re-occupancy benefit agreement in which the 80% is distributed back to the estate after your accommodation is re-occupied.
- 36-month amortized agreement which starts to amortize on day 1. After 36 months, there is no refund, although entry is at a significantly reduced rate.
Monthly Service Fee
The monthly service fee includes a generous meal program, weekly housekeeping, full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, full-size washer and dryer, basic cable and Wi-Fi, all utilities, and transportation up to 15 miles each way. Our Life Enrichment Program includes fitness, lectures, world-class entertainment as part of our Schumacher Concert Series, interest clubs, excursions, and much more.
