We have a large variety of professionals in administrative, care, and service positions. Their professional training is unique to each upon hire, though each position has on-boarding as well as ongoing training related to the position and industry.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have cameras at the community entrance; locking and alarmed doors to all exterior access; fire alarms; emergency pull cords in all apartments and bathrooms; staff training to increase awareness and response to safety concerns and more.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

We share service providers if needed for moving and downsizing; real estate agents for home sales; home health providers that can offer "transitional care" as well as ongoing 1:1 care if desired.

Transportation Services

Yes, within a 10-mile radius on scheduled days and minimum 48-hour notice to medical appointments. We also transport to grocery stores, as well as fun outings. If needed and our transportation team can accommodate, we can transport potential residents to and from tours at our community.

Dining Experience

We offer full-service, restaurant-style dining with lovely table linens, daily menus, and friendly waitstaff. Our chef is amazing and highly skilled, trained both in France and the US. We offer 2 meals a day for IL residents & 3 meals a day for AL & MC residents which is included in apartment base rent rates.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents generally share their concerns with leadership staff who create a Grievance Report to document and ensure the issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory way.

Communication with Residents' Families

We encourage and are committed to great communication with families regarding their loved ones. Clinical staff corresponds with families not only in the case of concerns or emergencies but also for topics such as changes in community policies etc. Care conferences are held as needed to discuss changes in care plans or service areas.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer 30+ day short-term stays. Cost is derived from the Base rent of the floorplan and service area with care costs additional. All is pro-rated. A Community Fee is often reduced depending on the situation and intended length of stay. This process of determining short-term is much more cost-efficient for the potential resident than if based on our Daily Rate.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes! We love our residents to bring their furry family members to the community as long as they can care for them and obey community rules.
