Our team at the Country Club of La Cholla includes a diverse range of professionals such as nurses, CNAs, med techs, sales professionals, Food and Beverage professionals, housekeeping staff, and more. All our staff members undergo ongoing training and have a structured onboarding process to ensure they are well-prepared to provide exceptional service.

Support Services for Transition

To aid residents in transitioning into our community, we have an ambassador program designed to help new residents acclimate smoothly.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services within an 8-10 mile radius around our community for the convenience of our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining program is flexible and all-inclusive, encompassing three meals a day. Residents can enjoy meals in our dining room, bistro, or café for a more casual experience.

Resident Complaint Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can utilize our open-door policy with the executive director, fill out and submit complaint forms, or participate in our community chat held every Friday.

Communication with Families

We encourage family members to visit our community often. Our nursing staff maintains constant communication with the families of Assisted Living residents regarding their health and living conditions.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays in Assisted Living at a rate of $250 per day.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and welcome pets with open arms.

Current Waitlist Status

We currently maintain a waitlist for two-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom casitas.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations onsite as we regularly hold flu clinics.

Aging in Place

Our community fully supports residents aging in place, allowing them to transition seamlessly through different levels of care as needed.
