Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

All our staff undergo 24-hour dementia training upon hire, followed by 16 hours of on-the-job training. Our team includes nurses, certified medication aides, certified and non-certified nursing assistants, and Certified Activity Directors.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is fully locked down to ensure the safety of our residents. Additionally, all our windows are equipped with alarms.

Support Services for New Residents

We provide emotional support to all new residents and engage them in daily activities to help them acclimate. Each resident receives a customized care plan formulated with their loved ones.

We do not offer transportation services.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is family-style, featuring home-cooked meals prepared by our amazing chef, who has been with us for 15 years!

Addressing Complaints and Issues

All family and resident concerns are addressed immediately. Our nurses and I are available 24/7 to address any concerns.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families informed about any changes, unusual incidents, or medication changes concerning their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays. The daily rate depends on room availability, with shared rooms at $180/day and private rooms at $275/day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place, with room availability being accommodated.
