Training

Depending on their role would determine which training they receive but mostly courses are completed online on a platform called Relias Learning.

Pendant System

We have a pendant system in place for the residents in case of an emergency. They can wear this pendant like a necklace or a watch and press the button in case of an emergency.

3rd Party Providers

Yes, we partner with a few different 3rd party providers who offer support care/aid to the resident like medication management, bathing, dressing etc. Home health, in-home physician group, and physical therapy.

Transportation

We offer transportation to doctors, grocery stores, churches, banks and other places they may need to go to run errands.

Dining Room

Our dining room is restaurant style. So, we have full-service staff who take orders, bring meals to tables, and get things cleaned up afterward. We offer 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. We have an everyday menu and a specials list that they can choose from. A salad bar and soup station are in the back of the dining room as well. If anyone has any allergies or any diet restrictions, we can accommodate; just let us know ahead of time, of course.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns or questions can be reported to the front desk, and they will relay the message to the appropriate manager/department.

Cost of Living

Cost of living varies based on the apartment. A one-bedroom can range from $2700-$3300 a month, and a two-bedroom ranges from $3300-$4000 a month. A $2000 community fee is due before move-in. It is a one-time nonrefundable fee.

Family Communication

We will call or email the family to update them on well-being. Each family is different in how they prefer communication.

Respite Stays

We no longer offer respite stays.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly.

Apartment Availability

Depending on the apartment you would like, that would then determine if we have a waitlist, but I do have apartments available right now.

Flu Clinic & COVID Vaccine

We do a flu clinic once a year. We will partner with a local pharmacy, and they typically come out to accommodate the residents. If you would like a COVID vaccine, just communicate that with the activities director.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents can age in place, but I do not have an assisted living or memory care attached to my building. Residents still have the freedom to age in place and utilize the 3rd party services that we offer.

Our Services

We are a very active all-inclusive independent living. We offer all 3 meals a day, transportation to doctor visits, shopping, weekly outings, on site physical therapy, third party care providers allowing our residents to age in place, weekly housekeeping, restaurant style dining, Spectrum cable, Google Fiber Wi-Fi, daily activities and a private pay hair salon. We also have a covered parking garage, a dog park for our four-legged kiddos and a relaxing screened porch that extends off of the restaurant.
