Pricing Information
In independent living, there is an optional entry fee that can be used to reduce the monthly rate. There are five price points for every floor plan, and there are eight floor plans available.
For assisted living and memory care, the facility has transitioned to a dynamic pricing schedule which takes into account room location, features, and availability, leading to varying rates every day.
The "try-us-out" stay in independent living is a 30-day stay with a set rate of $3,000 for a single person and $3,500 for a couple, including all meals and general amenities in a one-bedroom, fully furnished apartment.

Our senior living community is designed to provide a comfortable and engaging environment for all our residents. We offer a variety of services and amenities to ensure a fulfilling experience.
Moving Assistance
While we do not provide moving assistance for new residents coming from outside, we can recommend reputable moving companies. For internal transfers within the community, our staff can assist with moving furniture.
Transportation Services
We offer convenient shuttle services to local shopping centers and town car services for appointments such as doctor and dentist visits, all included at no additional cost.
Dining Experience
Each neighborhood within our community has its own dining room, offering tableside service with a server who takes your order. We also provide in-room dining and delivery services. Our dining options include a restaurant-style menu with daily specials and a standard selection of items available every day. Dining rooms have specific operating hours for meal times.
Staff and Training
Our dedicated staff includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), medication technicians, and general staff. Continuous training is required, with at least two mandatory sessions each month, and new hires undergo an extensive onboarding and training process.
Accessibility and Safety
All areas of our community are handicap accessible, including apartments designed for accessibility. We have a secure memory care facility and provide residents with personal pendants for emergencies, as well as pull cords in bedrooms and bathrooms in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing areas.
Security
Our community is safeguarded with 24-hour security to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Healthcare Monitoring
Nurses check on residents based on individual care plans, with more frequent checks in skilled nursing. The frequency of checks is tailored to the needs of each resident.
Communication with Families
We utilize an app to keep families informed about special events, share photos, and provide updates on their loved ones. This app serves as a direct line of communication with care managers.
Addressing Complaints
Residents can voice complaints to their designated care manager or neighborhood coordinators. Upon move-in, residents receive contact information for our executive director to ensure all concerns are addressed appropriately.

Our independent living option currently has a waitlist, which is often due to future residents' timelines rather than a lack of immediate availability.
