Staff and On-Call Support
On staff we have our DON, RN who along with being in the building is also on call 24hrs. a day. We have an LPN from 11-7 and CHHA's on staff through the night. Checks are made on our residents throughout the day and through the night paying extra attention to fall risks, which is part of our falling star program.
Emergency Assistance
Our AL residents wear pendants and just need to press the button and a staff member will go to assist them.
Building Safety
As far as building safety we have someone sitting at the front desk from 8AM-8PM. Our doors do lock and a staff member needs to get them in our out.
Resident Support Programs
We do offer a "Buddy System" for our new residents as well as Elderology Talk therapy if someone is having a more difficult time than usual.
Dining Experience
Our dining room is very bright and very pleasing. We offer 3 seatings and residents are assigned tables. If over the course of time residents wish to sit together we will seat them together. We are very resident driven and we will do whatever we can to make them happy.
Food Sampling Invitation
If you would like to sample our food, please let me know and we can schedule a lunch with yourself and family members including the prospect.
Handling Complaints
Complaints are handled by department heads and all have an open-door policy. We also have resident counsel once a month and our residents are free to voice their concerns in an open forum if they choose, otherwise, they are kept confidential.
Family Communication
Families are kept updated on anything building related through our One Call system. If there is a clinical concern our nursing team will notify the family of any changes the resident may be experiencing.
Respite Stays and Pet Policy
Yes, we offer respite stays and we are absolutely pet friendly!
Availability and Accommodations
Although we do not currently have a wait list, we only have a few studios available at this time for AL. We are in a very desirable location and our building has just been remodeled.
