Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have CNA, CMA, RN's & LPN's on staff. All of our staff must undergo monthly state trainings to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and regulations.

Safety and Well-being of Residents

All residents have a CarePlan in place specifically tailored to their individual needs, with no two CarePlans being the same. There is nursing staff in the building 24/7 to attend to any immediate needs or emergencies.

Transition Support Services

Yes, we offer support services to aid residents' transition into the community through our Resident Ambassador Program and our Department Heads.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for residents to doctor appointments within a 10-mile radius of the building. Additionally, we organize weekly trips outside of the community for various activities.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style for all three meals. Residents can choose from two meal options or select from our always available menu.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, we ask that they report it to the higher-ups. Our Executive Director and the relevant Department Head will address the situation and work towards a solution.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain communication with residents' families, contacting them if there is an issue, a change in status, or something that needs to be addressed. We use a system called One Call Now to keep them updated about events and happenings in the building.
