1. Staff Overview and Training
We have Certified Nurse Aides and Certified Medication Technicians that are present in my building 24/7. They are all certified through the NJ Board of Health. We also have Registered Nurses that are also Board Certified.
2. Resident Safety and Well-being
The primary way that we keep our residents safe and attend to their needs is by giving them a Life Alert Pendant. We instruct that all residents in Assisted Living be able to and press that in the event they need anything. At the point, all our aides are notified and will attend to that resident.
3. Transition Support Services
We have social workers that come in for anyone who is struggling with the transition. We also have residents that we’ve made our “Resident Ambassadors” and their role is to be the go to friend for anyone who is new to the building. All of our Resident Ambassadors have been in our community for a while and are a great resource for residents and families that are new.
4. Transportation Services
We do take our residents out to certain trips to local restaurants, stores, and other popular destinations in the area. All this is part of our activity calendar. We also have the ability to help with bringing residents to and from doctors appointments that are in the area.
5. Dining Experience
We offer 3 meals a days in our formal dining room as well as snack that are always provided during our resident happy hour that happen daily at 2:30pm. For Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, it’s a restaurant style dining where the residents sit down at their designated table and they get served a three course meal.
6. Addressing Resident Complaints
We have Department Heads that are in charge of making sure the building is running as it should. We are led by our Executive Director, Maria, who is available for any resident and family in case there’s any issues that need to be addressed.
7. Cost of Living
I am attaching our rates to this email.
8. Communication with Residents' Families
We call the family with updates as they occur. The family is also encouraged to reach out to us with any questions. We will have the appropriate department address that question or concern.
9. Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer a respite stay in my Assisted Living for a minimum 30 days. The cost is also in the rate sheet that I am attaching to this email.
10. Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet friendly community.
11. Waitlist Information

12. Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We do offer Covid and Flu Vaccine clinics at certain times.
13. Aging in Place
Yes, the residents are able to age in place. We do have a Memory Care Community for anyone who needs that added level of assistance from a memory and cognitive standpoint.
