The cost of living in our community ranges from $3,635 to $7,743 monthly, depending on the square footage and the breathtaking views each apartment offers, including views of the Fort, water, and marina.

Monthly Lease Inclusions

Your monthly lease at The Chamberlin is comprehensive and includes a variety of amenities and services designed to make your life comfortable and convenient:

• All utilities (except for cable and internet).
• Full-sized kitchen in every apartment.

• 30 meals a month at our two on-site restaurants.

• Membership to our Hygeia Health Club and health center, which includes an indoor heated pool.
