Transition Support Services

We offer support for new residents through our resident ambassadors, who assist with acclimation to the community by sharing meals, guiding them around, and introducing them to events and activities.

Transportation Services

Free transportation is provided for medical appointments, ensuring residents have access to necessary healthcare services.

Dining Experience

Our dining service is restaurant-style, offering two meal options for lunch and dinner, a full salad bar with 35 items, and an "Always Available" menu for alternative dining choices.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can schedule an appointment with our Executive Director, Christine, or use suggestion boxes placed throughout the community to voice concerns.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain emergency contact cards for each resident at the front desk, ensuring families are promptly notified of any incidents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available with a minimum of 90 days, at the same cost as permanent residency.

Vaccination Clinic

We offer a clinic once a year in the fall for Covid and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place thanks to partnerships with in-home care providers and an adjacent assisted living building.
