Staff and Training

Our community is staffed by over 200 dedicated professionals, including CNAs, RSAs, LPNs, and RNs. All staff members undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care and entertainment for our residents.

Safety and Security

The Bluff is a locked facility, ensuring resident safety at all times. We have electronic monitoring in common areas, with the option for in-room monitoring upon special request. Our memory care unit is also securely locked for added safety.

Resident Move-In Assistance

While families are generally responsible for moving residents into the community, we provide transport for admissions from hospitals for skilled care. We also offer recommendations for assisted transport services when needed.

Dining Experience

Residents at The Bluff enjoy a monthly rotating menu, along with a standing menu for additional options. Our dining services are designed to offer flexibility and variety to suit all preferences.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Complaints are taken seriously and are typically resolved at the facility level. However, residents also have the option to contact the state ombudsman or compliance for further assistance.

Communication with Families

We maintain an open line of communication with our residents' families, tailored to their preferences, whether it be through email or phone calls.

Short-Term Stays

Our community offers short-term stay options for residents who require temporary skilled nursing care.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to visit our community, although they are not permitted to stay as residents due to our focus on skilled nursing rather than assisted living.
