Professional Staff and Training

We have a diverse team comprising nurses, medication technicians, resident assistants, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, activity assistants, and directors for each department. All nursing staff members are licensed in the state of Florida.

Resident Safety and Well-being

To ensure safety and well-being, each resident receives a 2-hour safety check conducted by a med tech or resident assistant. Residents in Independent and Assisted Living have personal call pendants for immediate alerts in case of emergencies, such as falls.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

We offer resources and support services to help residents transition into the community to a certain degree.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for appointments within a 20-mile radius. There is an additional charge for appointments further than 20 miles.

Dining Experience

Our dining offers a restaurant-style experience. Residents dissatisfied with menu options can select from our a la carte offerings.

Complaint Resolution

We address complaints promptly. For issues like missing laundry, efforts are made to resolve it immediately. The Director of Activities or Director of Nursing addresses other concerns such as air conditioning or nursing care issues.

Cost of Living

Our rates start at $3500 and increase based on availability. We operate on a first come, first served basis, with daily changes in availability.

Communication with Families

Major changes in resident care are communicated to families by the Director of Nursing. Families are encouraged to visit and be actively involved in the care of residents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We currently do not offer respite care.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, allowing up to two pets per resident, each weighing up to 30lbs or just slightly over.

Waiting List

We currently do not have a waiting list, but availabilities change daily.

Vaccinations

Residents have the option to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our facilities include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We partner with home health and hospice agencies, and through SELECT Rehab, we offer in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
