Pricing starts at $4000 for studios, $4750 for a one bedroom, and $6000 for a 2 bedroom.

Memory Care Pricing

$5600 for a private studio, and $6000 for a private one bedroom.

Recently Renovated Community

Recently renovated, The Grove on Forest Lane offers Assisted Living and Memory Care on one convenient campus. This allows our residents to age-in-place, and they never have to move again! Our cozy community provides studios, one and two bedrooms in Assisted Living, while in Memory Care we have private studios and private one bedroom.

CARE SERVICES:

In Assisted Living, a resident may need a little extra help or a considerable amount of assistance. With the assistance of our Wellness Associates and Medication Technicians, we can provide assistance no matter how small or great. This allows our residents to keep their independence for as long as possible. Our Wellness team is managed by our Wellness Director who is a licensed Nurse. Care fee costs are based on how much care is needed. The care level will be determined after the completion of a thorough assessment which will be completed by our Wellness Director. The assessment is not a physical exam but involves assessing the potential resident’s medical history and current care needs.

We help with transition our residents from Assisted Living to Memory Care with a gentle approach. As we see that they could benefit from out Memory Care Program, they can participate in Memory Care activities and programs daily, allowing them to get to know the staff, residents, and programs. Our memory Care Director, Jennifer and Wellness Director, Lynnette, will monitor them closely and will communicate with the family. As both parties feel that it is time to transition, the resident is already acclimated to his or her environment.

Our Memory Care neighborhood is a safe and serene environment for residents and their families. Our innovative approach is designed to create pleasant and purposeful days. We aim to help each resident maintain their sense of self by honoring their life experiences, helpful assistance, and highly personalized care. Our team creates a personalized profile for each individual resident to ensure that their wants, needs, and desires are being met. This allows our wellness associates to create fun activities and programs based around our residents’ favorite pastimes, food, and memories.
