Our facility boasts 24-hour staffing, ensuring that our residents receive continuous support and care. We are an independent living community, but we collaborate with American Patriot Home Care to offer additional services such as medication reminders, bathing, dressing assistance, and more. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to cater to the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures including 24-hour staffing, security cameras, a double lock system inside apartments, a sign in-out procedure, and all doors being locked after 8pm. Additionally, we provide emergency pendants for residents to enhance their safety and peace of mind.
Transition Support Services
Although we are a private pay facility, we offer military discounts to veterans and their spouses. We also work closely with Patriot Angels to help residents secure additional income, facilitating a smoother transition into our community.
Transportation Services
Transportation services are included for our residents. We schedule personal trips on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with weekly shopping and dining trips, ensuring our residents have access to everything they need.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant-style, featuring daily lunch and dinner specials, an all-day dining extended menu, and a seasonal menu. We hold monthly meetings between residents and our chef to ensure our dining offerings meet their preferences and needs.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Any complaints or issues raised by residents are promptly addressed by the front desk, myself, or management to ensure a satisfactory resolution and maintain the high standard of our community.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain close bonds with our residents' families, many of whom are emergency contacts. In the event of an incident, they are the first to be informed. We also monitor our residents closely and are very aware of their daily routines, ensuring their families are kept updated on their well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Currently, we do not offer a respite apartment due to full occupancy. However, should availability arise, the cost will be prorated according to the rent cost.
Waitlist Information
As of now, we do not have a waitlist, allowing for immediate availability for new residents.
Vaccination Services
Our community ensures that residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations on-site, promoting a healthy living environment.
Aging in Place
Our community is designed to support residents in aging in place, providing the necessary services and care to allow them to live comfortably and independently for as long as possible.
