Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes CAN’s, Med tech’s, LPN’s, and RN’s who undergo continuous training throughout the year. This includes both licensure and Atlas specific training courses on topics such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s, Transferring, disease prevention, hygiene, and more.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by creating personalized care plans for each individual. Additionally, every resident is provided with a personal help button that works wirelessly throughout our property for added security.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer an Ambassador program, a new resident luncheon monthly, and daily Happy Hour introductions to other residents and staff. My assistant also becomes their “best friend” for the first few weeks.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation services with a 16 passenger bus and a sedan for our residents.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant-style, offering a full menu with daily lunch and dinner specials, served by waiters/waitresses.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We maintain an open door policy and have a resident council that meets monthly to address any complaints or issues. Monthly meetings with the dining director, Activities Director, and Executive Director are also held.
Cost of Living

Communication with Residents' Families
We offer several communication options, including a directory with contact information for Department Heads, and Zoom and Facetime meetings for out-of-town family members.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays, though they are cost prohibitive with a 30-day minimum and a standard agreement that includes a 30-day move-out notice clause.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community, welcoming pets with a one-time Pet Fee of $500.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for certain floor plans, with an Azalea, an Evergreen, and a Hibiscus available.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community through clinics held by a visiting pharmacy.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place, with support from in-house hospice care. We cannot support ventilators and feeding tubes.
