Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff comprises certified med technicians and care specialists trained to care for residents. They are also CPR certified. All employees undergo extensive background checks, drug testing, and fingerprinting to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Resident Safety Measures

We have a comprehensive emergency response system, including pull cords in every room and phone systems that act as an emergency response system. We conduct fire drills and have round-the-clock care specialists who perform room checks several times throughout the night.

Support Services for Resident Transition

We offer a warm and welcoming community with extra support and attention for new residents. Residents also help newcomers acclimate by showing them around and offering friendship.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services via a bus that takes residents on scheduled activity outings.

Dining Experience

Residents dine in a designated dining room with assigned seating, with servers taking their orders and serving meals.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents can address issues or complaints during regular resident council meetings. They may also approach the case manager or Executive Director directly.

Communication with Resident Families

Our wellness director or case manager contacts the family member listed on the resident's incoming information to keep them updated about their loved one's well-being.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer 30-day respite stays. Pricing starts from $225/day and varies depending on whether the resident is in our Assisted Living neighborhood, Transitions neighborhood, or Memory Care neighborhood.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community. Residents are allowed one cat, and many visitors bring dogs or other pets. We also have a designated pet therapy day.

Current Waitlist Status

Memory Care and Transitions have a waitlist, but we have limited availability in Assisted Living.

Vaccination Availability

We arrange for COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community, and announcements are made regarding their schedule.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place in our community.
