Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with Nurses available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Home Health Aides and Certified Nurses Aids are available 24 hours a day. The nursing staff is also on call 24/7. Our professionals undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

For the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct hourly checks in our memory care unit and three daily checks in our traditional program through an "I'm okay book". Memory care is securely managed with key codes, and main doors are locked from 8 PM to 8 AM. Traditional residents enjoy more freedom of movement.

Transition Support Services

Our staff works closely with families and medical doctors to ensure a smooth transition for new residents, providing an extra level of love and care during the process.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for local appointments and group outings once a week, ensuring our residents stay connected with the community.

Dining Experience

Our dining room offers a restaurant-style experience with a no added salt menu approved by a dietician, alongside an everyday menu for varied preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to voice concerns directly to staff or through our resident council meetings. We also offer a formal food committee meeting monthly for feedback on dining options.

Cost of Living

The base price for a one-bedroom apartment in our traditional program is $7,530 per month, with variations depending on additional services.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our Resident Care Director maintains communication with families regarding any health issues or concerns, with service plans reviewed regularly.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer traditional respite stays at $275 a day, with a minimum requirement of 30 days.

Pet Policy

Currently, we do not allow pets within our community.

Waitlist Information

There is a waitlist for our Memory Care program, but not for the traditional program, though this may change.

Vaccination Clinics

We host annual COVID booster and flu clinics for our residents to ensure their health and safety.

Aging in Place

While we strive to allow residents to age in place, there are limitations for those requiring mechanical lift transfers. However, families can arrange for private assistance, and we collaborate with Hospice for end-of-life care.
