Private Pay Room Rates

• $200/day – North/West Building Semi-Private Room
• $299/day – North/West Building Private Room
• $232/day – Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit Semi-Private Room
• $324/day – Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit Private Room

Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with RNs, LVNs, Medication Aides, and CNAs, along with other staff in support areas such as dietary, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. All staff in both the nursing department and support departments go through the trainings required by CMS and Texas HHSC.

24-Hour Staffing and Emergency Response

The facility is staffed 24-hours per day, and staff members are trained on how to respond to a wide range of emergency and non-emergency situations.

Community Transition

For residents who wish to transition into the community, our licensed social workers will coordinate the discharge, ensure referrals are made to outside providers, and that the resident has all necessary equipment for a safe discharge.

Transportation

We offer transportation for residents to doctor appointments.

Dining Services

All residents are served three meals per day with snacks in between. Sandwiches or other finger foods are always available if requested. Residents are encouraged to eat in the dining room, but may eat in their room if it’s determined they’re safe to do so.

Grievance Process

We have a grievance process we follow for any complaints or issues raised by residents.

Communication Policies

We have policies in place for our staff to communicate with the resident’s responsible party on changes in condition or new orders from the physician. Residents and their family are encouraged to attend the care plan meetings held to address any care concerns.

Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a minimum of 5 days. Rates for respite are:

• $250/day – North/West Semi-Private Room
• $349/day – North/West Private Room
• $282/day – Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit Semi-Private Room
• $374/day – Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit Private room

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. While pets are not allowed to live in the facility, they are welcome to visit.

Vaccination

Yes, vaccines can be received in the facility. Flu and pneumonia vaccines are offered by the facility, and COVID vaccines are offered through a local pharmacy.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place.
