The Clare’s assisted living and memory care programs are part of our health-care center known as The Terraces. This center also offers short term in-patient rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing care.
Unique Care Packages
The Clare is unique in that the monthly rates for assisted living and memory care provides care services including medication administration, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, continence care, check-ins during the day and overnight plus nurses visits as needed.
Additional Included Services
Additional included services are three chef-prepared meals each day, weekly housekeeping services, daily bed making, laundry services, and a full calendar of events and programs for social engagement and cultural enrichment.
Apartment Options
Apartment options include alcove (studio), one bedroom, and one bedroom deluxe units.
