Types of Professionals on Staff and Training
Our team consists of various professionals dedicated to serving older adults. The clinical team includes a Regional Nurse (RN), a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), full-time Resident Care Coordinators who are certified medication technicians (med techs) and certified nurse's aids (CNA), and a Memory Care Director who is also a certified dementia practitioner. Our daily care staff consists of experienced personal care attendants, some CNAs, and med techs. Staff undergo over 30 hours of training in infection control, fire safety, first aid, and dementia care and are CPR certified.Safety Measures for Residents
Safety features include emergency pull cords in every room and a personal pendant program for residents, along with staff conducting care rounds every two hours. Our memory care building is secured to allow safe exploration for residents experiencing brain changes.Support Services for Transitioning Residents
New residents are welcomed with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a welcoming committee. We provide a new resident orientation and can refer psychiatric and psychological services if needed.Transportation Services
We offer free medical transportation and organize shopping trips and dining outings through our activities department.Dining Experience
Residents enjoy three meals daily with snack options. They can choose from entree options and a weekly changing, always-available menu.Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues
