Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have RNs, and LPNs. Our leadership roles have completed C.O.R.E training and all staff stays current with monthly Relias learning courses.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have a pendant call and response system for residents, motion sensors in memory care bathrooms, cameras in place, security in the evening, controlled access to building in the evenings.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Yes.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have the very best food in Tallahassee. I eat here daily. Our chef Casey is a delight and loves catering to our residents needs and desires. The dining room is always open from 7-7, no set times for meals, come in when you’re hungry. We have servers that assist residents during mealtime and daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We have monthly resident council meetings, monthly chef chats and they can always speak with any director to correct the problem.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Face to face chats, phone calls, Email, monthly newsletter, calls from nurse when needed, facebook, etc.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, minimum of one month. Prices start at $4400.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

No, however we will happily drive you to an appointment for a vaccine.
