This rate includes: Chef-prepared meals, snacks, weekly laundry and housekeeping, emergency alert system, maintenance, group transportation, basic utilities, dementia specific sensory and entertainment programming, etc.

Care

Prior to moving in, a new resident will receive a functional evaluation completed by our Director of Health and Wellness. This information gathered will be used to develop a personalized care plan. Each care service is assigned a point value that corresponds to the time required for the delivery of the service by the care team. Care services are $21 per point. Most often we see our care plans ranging between 90 to 110 points, which equals $1,890-$2,310 per month. (Note that a residents care points may be below or above this range)

This evaluation covers areas such as; bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting assistance, ambulation assistance, escorts to and from meals, medication administration, safety checks, fall risk precautions, etc.

One time community fee

$2,750 - this fee covers cost associated with making your apartment move-in ready, secures the apartment of choice and helps with upkeep of the common grounds of the community.
