Overview on Types of Professionals and Training
We have 24/7 Certified Nursing Assistants and Resident Care Aides. We have a nurse in our community 7 days a week for 8-10 hours per day. Our Resident Care Director is always on-call. Our reception desk has coverage 24/7. We also have a Dining Services Director, Maintenance Director, Activities Director, Marketing Director, Assistant Executive Director, and Executive Director. All staff go through monthly in-service training on various topics pertinent to assisted living such as health, safety, and Dementia care.Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-being of Residents
We have monthly fire drills and evacuation procedures. Each apartment has smoke and carbon-dioxide detectors and sprinkler systems.Resources or Support Services for Transition

We are very proud of our wonderful, vibrant, culturally-diverse community and the many seniors who reside with us. We foster independence in a socially-active environment and yet provide assistance to those residents who need that support with medications and personal care. The majority of our Care Team and Management Team has been here for over 5 years, giving our residents the comfort of receiving assistance when needed by the same, friendly, reliable faces. Compared with most other assisted living communities, the average age of our residents is about 10 years younger, or around 80.
Prime Location in Boston's Cultural District
We’re located in the heart of Boston’s cultural district, and diagonally across from historic Symphony Hall and close to the city’s major museums and fine shopping. An MBTA station is located directly across the street from our community, and a paved walking trail, the “Southwest Corridor Path,” is located adjacent to our main entrance. We have a spacious, enclosed outdoor patio off our dining room providing a serene, peaceful environment. We also have free parking in our underground parking garage for residents, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Diverse and Exciting Programs
We offer diverse, vibrant programs including exercise classes, live musical entertainment with regular performances by New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music, stimulating presentations, and much, much more!
Living Spaces and Amenities
We offer studio and one-bedroom apartments that include views with southern exposure and the downtown Boston skyline and currently have availability. Enclosed are some of our many services and amenities that include three meals made fresh daily, including entrée options and alternative selections, and weekly housekeeping.
