Our certified nursing assistants undergo thorough background checks and are directly employed by Sunrise, ensuring a consistent and dedicated care team. All team members are required to complete monthly training modules, focusing on continuing education and safety, to provide the best care possible.

Our community prioritizes the safety and well-being of our residents through several measures. We are a secure community, featuring a coded front door and gated backyard. We offer 24/7 nursing on-site and provide our residents with pendants for immediate assistance. Additionally, our apartments are equipped with emergency pull cords in both bathrooms and living spaces.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents in their transition, our team is trained to invite, encourage, and assist residents in participating in activities. We also have a Psych APRN available for consultations, ensuring a smooth adjustment to their new home.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation services for our residents, facilitating access to external activities and appointments.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features tableside service, offering a variety of freshly prepared seasonal foods to cater to our residents' tastes and dietary needs.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We take residents' complaints seriously, ensuring they are addressed promptly by the appropriate team member or through resident council meetings, depending on the issue.

The cost of living in our community varies based on apartment style and care needs. We offer personalized discussions to better understand specific requirements and preferences.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy ensures regular and timely communication with residents' families, including monthly updates and as-needed meetings to discuss their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays ranging from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 90 days, with costs determined by the room rate at the time of stay plus an additional $15/day respite fee. The level of care and medication management needs are assessed individually.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, welcoming residents and their furry companions.

Vaccination Clinics
