Professional Staff and Training
All employees within our community undergo the CA mandated trainings prior to employment and continue with their monthly trainings as well. Their trainings include, but are not limited to, Food handlers, First Aid, CPR, LVN licensing for our nurses, and etc.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We maintain our monthly trainings of Fire Drills, Elopement Drills, Disaster Evacuation Drills to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Transition Resources and Support Services
We do offer resources and support regarding their transition into our community.
Transportation Services
Yes we do! We offer transportation from Tuesday - Friday for personal errands to medical appointments and bank runs.
Dining Experience
Our Culinary experience is based on our resident needs and suggestions. We offer 3 meals a day, with all-day dining coming in 2024. We do offer an array of choices based on the residents and their loved one's dietary needs.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
We encourage our residents to bring any concerns or complaints to any Director in our community including our Executive Director. If for some reason, you feel that your needs were not met, we do offer our Ombudsman services within our community.
Cost of Living
This all depends on what apartment style you prefer as well as the care fees for your loved one if there are any.
Communication with Resident's Families
Any changes pertaining to the community, we do generate letters regarding Covid Cases, Building Operations (landscaping, building remodels, etc.) and any other items. We send out information pertaining to any community events, our monthly newsletter, and activity calendar.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer respite stays for a minimum of 30 days. In terms of pricing, this is subject to what the resident care needs are.
