Included in the residency are laundry service once a week, housekeeping, dining, activities, and transportation services for doctor's appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as outings and events that do not incur an extra fee.

Transportation

Transportation services are provided within a seven-mile radius, with flexibility for slightly longer distances based on discussion and the balancing of all residents' needs.

Dining Experience

Ivy Park at Belmont features a full dining room with three well-prepared meals each day, daily specials, and an all-day menu available when the kitchen is open, approximately from 7:45 am to 7:00 pm. For residents who miss meals, the kitchen can prepare food upon request. Additionally, a bistro offers snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day.

Respite Care

The community offers respite care services, with availability and cost depending on current demand for units and the specific needs at the time of respite.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in the community, with a restriction to dogs and cats under 30 pounds.

Moving Assistance

While Ivy Park at Belmont does not have its own moving capabilities, it does make recommendations for moving companies and allows families to assist with the moving process if they prefer.

Staff and Medical Treatment

The community prides itself on its seasoned staff, including caregivers and nursing staff who are equipped to handle high acuity medical needs. Regular assessments are conducted every six months, and any changes in a resident's condition are promptly addressed in liaison with their physician.
