Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
At Sunrise at Webb Gin, all our employees are part of the Sunrise family; we do not use agency staffing. Our staff undergoes monthly trainings that are specifically tailored to Sunrise Senior Living standards, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
In both our Assisted Living and Memory Care units, we have Designated Care Managers who closely monitor the well-being of our residents. Assisted Living residents, who are more independent, are checked on in common areas and their rooms to ensure their needs are met. Memory Care residents are checked on every other hour and spend most of their time in common areas under the supervision of care managers. Additionally, each room and bathroom is equipped with a pull cord for emergencies, and we also offer pendants for extra safety.
Transition Support Services
We provide resources and support to help new residents transition into our community smoothly. Community ambassadors are available in every area, and we encourage pre-move visits for activities or meals to help new residents familiarize themselves with the environment and people.
Transportation Services
Our community offers transportation for outings and scheduled doctor’s appointments within an 11-mile radius on Tuesdays.
Dining Experience
Our dining service is tableside, offering a variety of choices in food, drinks, and desserts. Orders are taken in advance and confirmed at the table by the Dining Care Manager.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can directly communicate any complaints or issues to their Designated Care Manager or any management member. Maintenance issues are reported to the concierge and logged for the maintenance coordinator’s attention.
Communication with Residents' Families
We ensure timely communication with residents' families regarding health updates and community events. Monthly calls and emails from our Nurses, Coordinator, and Executive Director keep families well-informed.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays of 30 days or more, with costs depending on availability.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, with the condition that residents can care for their pets. We also have a community dog named Serg.
Vaccination Services
COVID and Flu vaccinations are available for both residents and staff within our community.
Aging in Place
Our community supports aging in place, offering services such as Hospice, Palliative Care, and Rehabilitation without a waitlist.
