Base Room Rate Inclusions

Escorts to and from meals, participation in all activities, and meal reminders are included in the base room rate.

Additional Fees

The following are fees added to the monthly base rate:

Medication Management Only

$350

Level 1

$780 - Medication Management, Shower Assist, Light Assistance as Needed

Level 2

$1050 - Medication Management, Shower Assist, Light Incontinence Assistance, Some Other Assistance as Needed

Level 3

$1,600 - Medication Management, Shower Assist, Transfers/Toileting, Dressing, Oral Hygiene, Incontinence Assistance, Other Assistance as Needed

Memory Care Wait List Status

At this time we do not have a wait list, although our Memory Care is getting close to one.

Sunridge Village Assisted Living Levels of Care

At Sunridge Village we realize every person is an individual and has individual needs so we work at the time of move-in to coordinate a plan of care that will best suit their needs.

Periodically, as their needs change assessments are done by the staff and levels of care will be discussed with the resident and adjusted accordingly. Sunridge Village is not a Skilled Nursing Facility, therefore if the needs of a resident progress beyond a level that can be handled by the 24 hour staff a plan will be discussed to either bring in other resources such as Home Health Services, Hospice or the possibility of moving to a more appropriate environment.
