CHOOSE A LEVEL OF CARE

Base Plan: 1-2 hours of care/day $1,260/month
High Plan: 2-4 hours of care/day $1,575/month

Each level of care includes the following:
• Medication Management
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Assistance with Escorting and Direction
• Assistance with Toileting/Incontinence care (if applicable)
• Assistance with Meals/Dining and Recreational Programming
• 24-hour Nurse Aide Care and 12 hours of Nurse Care
(with 24-hour Nurse Care access as needed)

Waiting List Information

Yes, there is a waiting list of approximately 8 potential residents. However, please keep in mind, you will still be the next available move-in should the people ahead of you on the list not be ready for move-in or should they have been placed elsewhere when I contact them.
