Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have trained caregivers and licensed med techs on our 24-hour staff. Plus, a licensed nurse on site during business hours. We also have a medical director who oversees our in-house physicians.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have regular health and wellness checks and emergency response systems in all living areas. Our staff is trained in first aid and emergency procedures, and we conduct regular safety drills to ensure preparedness. Additionally, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, particularly in common areas and dining facilities, to promote a healthy living environment.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Our dedicated Ambassadors greet new residents upon arrival and help them settle in by inviting them to meals or activities and introducing them to other residents. This personalized approach ensures that new residents quickly feel welcomed and connected within our community.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we have a bus that will take residents to and from medical appointments (by reservation).

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

At the Terrace Café, we offer a delightful dining experience crafted by our Executive Chef. Residents enjoy three delicious meals a day, all served with seated table service. Each meal features a choice of entrées, and our “Always Available” menu offers classic favorites like burgers and fries, grilled cheese, and chef salads.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Residents can file a grievance report with our concierge. The report will then be forwarded to the appropriate department head for attention.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We maintain open and proactive communication with residents' families. Family members are always welcome to call us with any questions or concerns about their loved one's well-being. Additionally, we keep families informed through regular updates and promptly reach out if any issues or changes arise.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Our respite Assisted Living apartment is $200/night with a 10-night minimum. For Memory Care it is $250/night with a 30-night minimum. It is often more economical to simply rent an apartment and then give a 30-day notice to vacate.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes. Dogs have a 25-lb max limit and must be preapproved. Residents must also be able to care for their pet and clean up after them.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Residents can receive COVID and flu vaccinations provided they are registered with our community physician, who will determine the necessity based on individual health needs.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, residents are able to age in place with us. We conduct regular assessments to ensure everyone’s needs are met and offer personalized assistance as needed. While this may result in adjustments to the rent to accommodate the additional services, our priority is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for all stages of life. Currently, there is no waitlist on studio apartments.
