Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes Executive Directors, Life Engagement, Director of Culinary, Program Director, Director of Nursing, and Sales and Marketing. They undergo monthly and annual training with the corporate office to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, Memory Care doors are locked 24/7, and Assisted Living doors lock at 9pm and unlock at 7am. A Staff Director is available 24/7, and all staff are trained for emergency situations.
Transition Support Services
Our Health Services Team is trained to facilitate a smooth transition for incoming and outgoing residents, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
Dining Experience
We offer restaurant-style dining for all levels of care: Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Dining hours and menus are posted, with service and menus available upon request. We provide a main course and alternative options to cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents or their families can report problems or concerns to the concierge desk. The concierge will prioritize the issue and direct it to the appropriate department. If unresolved, the issue is escalated to the Executive Director.

Communication with Residents' Families
We keep families informed through the Life Loop portal, where pictures and activities are posted. Additionally, the Executive Director sends out updates via emails and text messages through One Call.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Residents in Assisted Living and Independent Living are allowed up to 2 pets.

We offer flu vaccinations on-site. However, we do not offer Covid vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Our community does not offer aging in place. Residents requiring higher levels of care are referred to skilled nursing facilities.
