Facility Services and Policies

We are a 24/7 facility with RN's/LPN's/CNA's on duty. We have policy and procedures that all staff are inserviced on. We have social services that provide assist in transitioning back into the community.

Transportation and Meals

We do not have transportation services, but can help arrange with family paying. Three meals and snacks are available.

Grievance Procedure

We have grievance forms that anyone can fill out and our staff addresses.

Costs

$13485.00/month for semi-private and $14105.00/month for private room. I do not know what it costs for our assisted living or cottages...you can always get ahold of them at 509-924-5555 for more information.

Family Communication

Our nurses/charge nurse are supposed to notify family with any change of condition.

Accommodation Availability

Currently only offering short term stays. We do not have a wait list, related to long term care, we are full and actually have people on our short term side that we thought would be discharging, and are not able to, so, they are waiting for a bed to open on our long term care side.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed to visit if shot records are provided and up to date. We do have a house dog that the residents take care of on the long term care side.
