Waitlist Information

We have a waitlist for our Independent Living, but not our Assisted Living.

Staff and Training

We have an RN that oversees the nursing department, and our staff have a variety of certifications. They either have CNA or HCA certification, some have mental health training, some have Nursing Delegation, and there are various continuing education in-services throughout the year.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We provide cares in accordance with the Resident's needs and preferences, and there is a care plan created by the RN for staff to follow. There are multiple touchpoints throughout the day when Residents are being checked on and tended to, regardless of how much help is required. We do have some highly independent Residents that live in Assisted Living who require minimal services, and they receive the same attention and care that our higher-need Residents do.

Transition Support Services

Yes! We have a PALs program to help our new Residents acclimate. A member of our team guides them through their first week or so, helping them to get transitioned into their new home.

Transportation Services

We do! We have transportation to MD appointments within a 10 mile radius, shopping, and activities.

Dining Experience

Wonderful-we've had the same chef for 10+ years, and Residents are encouraged to enjoy their meals in our Dining room amongst their peers. We can also deliver meals to Residents if and when necessary, or if preferred. Everyone who works here eats here everyday, if that tells you anything.

Handling Complaints and Issues

There are Grievance forms located throughout the facility, and staff have been educated on how to report any grievances/complaints to the Executive team for investigation and follow up.

Cost of Living

Independent Living starts at $3130, and Assisted Living starts at $5185 + care costs.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our Nursing team has great communication with families, and are always available if & when family has concerns. When we see a change in our Residents' needs, or have a concern, our Nursing and/or Executive team will reach out to the family for discussion. We are very proactive in communicating with families in that if there is a concern we are discussing amongst the team, we are also discussing it with the family and Provider.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite/Short-term stays are dependent on availability of a studio unit in Assisted Living, and cost $300 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are!!

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Absolutely-we offer a Covid & Flu booster clinic here at the community every fall.

Aging in Place

YES! We offer six levels of care that can accommodate most needs as a person ages. It is our preference for our Residents to live out the remainder of their lives here in their home, and when a person is "winding down" (end of life vs. increased needs) we have the conversation with family and the Provider about engaging Hospice Services.
