Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff consists of highly trained professionals who undergo extensive training. Every new hire completes a week-long intensive training program and is required to participate in monthly online courses to ensure they remain current with their training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Receptionists are available from 7 am to 7 pm daily, after which key fob access is required to enter the community. Background checks are conducted on all staff and residents, and everyone must sign in at the reception area.

Support for Transitioning Residents

We partner with Encompass Care to provide counseling services, aiding residents in their transition to our community.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services within a 20-mile radius.

Dining Experience

Meals are served restaurant-style, featuring a daily soup, appetizer or salad, three entrée options, and dessert. An alternative menu is available with options like chicken tenders and cheeseburgers.

Handling Resident Complaints

All resident relations are managed by our executive director.

Cost of Living

Independent living starts at $4,700 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Communication with Families

Our life enrichment team ensures communication with families through resident contact numbers and an app that provides updates on activities and events. An emergency contact form is available for medical concerns.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days stay, costing $197 per day plus care.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are pet-friendly but require a deposit for pets.

Vaccination Availability

Covid and flu vaccinations are available, with upcoming vaccine clinics planned at our community.

Aging in Place

Residents can receive care in their apartments, allowing them to age in place. We currently have a waitlist for 2-bedroom apartments but have availability for 1-bedroom units.
