This means that residents in any apartment, including those designated as independent living, can receive assisted living services as needed.

Availability and Waitlist

There is currently a waitlist for studio and two-bedroom apartments. However, a few one-bedroom apartments are expected to become available soon.

Respite Care and Short-term Stays

While the facility does offer respite care and short-term stays, availability for these services is currently limited due to high occupancy. These options will be available again once more space opens up.

A life enrichment coordinator and team manage communication with families, sending out a monthly newsletter with a calendar at the beginning of each month. A weekly calendar is also distributed, and there is a portal that families can log into for updates.

The executive director operates with an open-door policy, focusing entirely on the residents since they are not burdened with the typical operational responsibilities of hiring, firing, or budget management. This unique model allows the executive director to make meaningful connections with each resident and directly address any complaints or concerns.
