Pet Policy

Pets are allowed within the community. Residents must be capable of taking care of their pets independently. A one-time pet deposit of $350 is required.

Accommodation Options

The community offers a range of apartment sizes, with the smallest starting from a certain rate up to the largest option available.

Short-term Stays and Respite Care

The facility typically does not accommodate respite stays due to high occupancy and a potential waiting list.

Transportation Services

A community van is available to take residents to appointments or shopping within a 20-mile radius as per the contract.

Dining Experience

The dining is restaurant-style with two main entree options per meal, in addition to an everyday menu that can be ordered from.

Staffing and Medical Care

Nurses and aides are available 24 hours a day. A physician group visits the community once a week to provide medical care.

Safety Measures

Residents are provided with pendants for emergencies. Pull cords are installed in bathrooms, and in memory care units, they are also available in bedrooms.

Family Communication

The community maintains a newsletter, a Facebook page, and utilizes a system through their activity program for families to stay informed about their loved ones' well-being and community events.

Addressing Complaints

There is an open-door policy for addressing complaints, allowing residents to approach the staff they are most comfortable with, including the executive director. A grievance committee is also available for formal complaints.

Executive Director

The executive director, Kelly Davis, is approachable and encourages residents and families to come forward with any concerns or questions.
