Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We have a waitlist on specific units. We offer 5 floor plans to choose from.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our Wellness Team consists of a full time onsite LPN, RN oversight and a team of CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants), HCA's (Home Care Aids), and Medication Technicians (Medication Assistant Endorsement required). We provide ongoing training and CEU opportunities (Certified Education Units) as required by the state.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Residents utilize our personal pendant system. Support and help are available 24/7 with the push of a button. The community has pull cords throughout the facility and in each apartment. Our team has daily checks for each resident to assure safety.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
a smaller community with a close-knit family feel. Each department director visits with new residents to share the ins and outs of that area of the community. The resident ambassadors help introduce new people to neighbors, activities and invite them to dine.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we have a 14-passenger shuttle and provide scheduled transportation for shopping and medical appointments as well as excursions for lunches and scenic drives.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Enjoy restaurant style table service and all-day dining from 7 am to 7 pm. We offer a full menu, plus the chef’s daily special. Select from breakfast all day, fish and chips, homemade soups and fresh salads or the best BLT in town. Don’t forget dessert. We have an assortment of choices each day from seasonal pies, ice cream shakes and specialty cakes and cookies.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Residents are encouraged to bring concerns to a team member. These are addressed promptly by our team of directors. We have an open-door policy and value feedback. We also have a robust resident council, food committee, and activity committee. Each meet monthly and help us be the best with their ideas and input.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We provide a monthly newsletter and calendar of events available via email. Our Wellness Director and Executive Director regularly communicate with families via phone and email with updates and medical changes.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes! We have lovely, fully furnished respite apartments. The daily rate starts at $175 and is based on a nursing assessment for care costs.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We take cats and dogs up to 40 pounds. We also have pet therapy with a visiting pup named Hannah.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes we provide scheduled flu and covid vaccine clinics onsite.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, we work with supportive services such as occupational and physical therapy to help people be their best self. We can provide a high level of care up to hospice/palliative care. This location does not provide a secured memory care environment or Skilled Nursing services such as IV therapies or tube feeding.
