Safety and Security

The safety of our residents is paramount. Our community is a secured building with security personnel at night and staff available 24/7. The building is locked at night to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our residents and their families.

Resident Concerns and Communication

If a resident has a complaint or concern, we have a grievance procedure in place, as well as a resident council to address such issues. Communication with resident families is typically conducted via phone calls, and we also provide updates and news through our Facebook page.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation services for residents, including a facility van that operates within a 25-mile radius, depending on the schedule. This service allows residents to travel for appointments, shopping, and other activities.

Professional Staff and Training

Our staff comprises certified nursing aides, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, certified activities professionals, social service directors, and certified dietary managers. All staff members undergo rigorous training to ensure they provide the highest level of care and service to our residents.
