Sub-Acute Unit (1st Floor)

• $395 Private Suite
• $385 Private Room

2nd and 3rd Floor

• $380 Private Suite
• $370 Private Room
• $320 Semi-Private Room

Please Note: A $150.00 Administrative Processing Fee and a 1 month deposit is required on the day of resident’s admission.
Medicaid Residents requesting a Private Room will incur a $82 per day additional room charge for a small private room and $210 per day for a suite. This charge is not covered by Medicaid.

*Respite and observation care is available upon request.

• Tracheostomy $30/daily (includes standard supplies, services & oxygen)
• Isolation Management $25/day
• Telephone $30/month (unlimited domestic calls)
