Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

Yes, we offer a no cost, no contract waitlist. Depending on the unit I can better estimate your wait time.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Of course, please find our rates and amenities above. FYI the rate sheet is not formatted for some phones and may need to be opened on a computer.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

HHV hires LPN’s for all licensed areas. They are supported by PCAs. They have on-going training that they must meet to maintain their license. Our clinical leadership would be able to better address this. Our Clinical Manager is an LPN and our Clinical Director is an RN.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Our Memory Care unit is a badge secured area. Our resident’s are rounded on a minimum of every 2 hours. Our Assisted Living residents are provided with an emergency pendant.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Our community has 2 full time activity coordinators that plan activities for our residents to keep them engaged and moving. Our clinical team is excellent at building relationships with our residents and their families.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, transportation is provided. Memory Care resident have to have a responsible party with them. Assisted living residents have to be able to manage once they enter their destination.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Please see our attached menu for all 3 areas. We always offer a choice of 2 entrees, 4-5 sides, dessert options, and beverage of their choice. In the licensed areas their nutrition is supervised and have a dietary assessment upon admittance.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Our licensed areas have a chain of command: their charge nurse, the clinical manager, then the clinical director. In independent most will start with our front office coordinator but have a relationship with our other director and may go straight to her.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

A monthly email is sent out with the activities calendar. Families are given the direct line to the nurse’s station. Please feel free to call day or night to inquire about your loved one. In independent you would communicate with your loved one unless in the event of an emergency we would call the emergency contacts.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We do not as we maintain almost 100% capacity and need rooms available for residents on our waitlist.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, in Assisted Living the resident has to be able to care for the pet and the pet must stay in the room (according to state law the pet will space requirements as well) unless leashed and going outside. Memory Care residents can not have pets as they are unable to care for them.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We have a great relationship with department of health and set up vaccinations clinics with them otherwise please schedule with your provider.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, we are an age in place community. Yes, we offer a no cost, no contract waitlist. Depending on the unit I can better estimate your wait time.
